Nirmala Panta, a 13-year-old girl was raped and murdered nearly 5 months ago in Kanchanpur District of Nepal. The investigation is still going on but still, no conclusion has been made. Local Policemen are arresting fake persons and forced them to accept the murder case. So seeing this fake practice people are saying that the government or officials are started to escape out the real murderer or the rapist.
