SAFF U-20 Women's Championship 2023 takes place in Bangladesh at the Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka. India are the defending champion. This tournament will also be the preparation of AFC U-20 Women's Championship. In 2022 edition, Nepal U20 women stayed at bottom of the table without any wins. India topped the 3 team's double round robin table and Bangladesh were the 2nd in last tournament. Players born on Jan 1, 2003 or later are eligible to play 2023 edition of SAFF U20 Women's Championship.
