China, Myanmar, Nepal and Chinese Taipei are grouped on group B while Australia, Lebanon, Vietnam and Iran are in Group A. These all teams are qualified from First round and top 2 teams from each groups of Second round will join 2024 AFC U20 Women's Asian Cup held in Uzbekistan (H), along with teams Japan, North Korea and South Korea.
