Here are some steps you have to do to convert Ncell 3G sim card to 4G sim card.
- First of all copy all contacts of your 3G sim card to phone or save/back contacts not to loose your contact names.
- Go to any ncell centre with a copy of Citizenship/license/passport.
- If you are not the owner of sim, bring a copy of citizenship/passport/license of respected person. To check owner of sim card simply dial *9966#
- You can also transfer ownership of sim from Ncell centre.
- After reaching, Ncell centre, they will block your 3G sim card and provide you a new sim card.
- Then, remove your old sim and insert new sim card.
- dial *324# to activate 4G and everything.
- You will get 10 GB free data valids for a week.
- Your Ncell app will start working perfectly also where you will get 10 SMS free per day.
